SS304 SS316L Heat Sensitive Materials Metal Pall Ring:
It is one of the most common and well-known packing.it is made of a metal thin sheet and have a special structure, there are two row window with ligules towards inside on the ring wall, each row window has five ligules bend to inside of the ring and point to the center, at which the ligules touch each other, the position of up and down window is stagger, usually the area of window is about 30% of the whole ring area. The window on the ring wall let distribution and mass transfer efficiency of liquid and gas inside packing better than Raschig Ring.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
