Metal Saddle Ring
It is a new type of bulk packing invented by Norton in 1978. It is also called Intalox metal saddle ring in domestic market. In the late 1970s, we invented two similar products. One is a metal rectangular saddle ring. The others are metal double arc rings.
The overturning of both sides increases the mechanical strength and hardness of the packaging. At the same time, stamping ring also increases the comprehensive strength of packaging.
Main features: low pressure drop, large flux, high mass transfer efficiency, easy operation, small resistance, large flux and high efficiency. The strength and rigidity of filler are good.
Application scope: used in absorption tower, washing tower and separation tower.
Materials: Stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, Carbon Steel, Aluminum steel, Copper. 316 stainless steel has better corrosion resistance than 304. 304L and 316L are low-carbon stainless steel variants.
