Metal Pall ring is one of the most common and well-known packing.it is made of a metal thin sheet and have a special structure, there are two row window with ligules towards inside on the ring wall, each row window has five ligules bend to inside of the ring and point to the center, at which the ligules touch each other, the position of up and down window is stagger, usually the area of window is about 30% of the whole ring area. The window on the ring wall let distribution and mass transfer efficiency of liquid and gas inside packing better than Raschig Ring.
By minimizing the number of contours and crevices that can cause liquid hold-up and potential entrainment, the Metal Pall Ring geometry enables high gas and liquid transfer rates. The opened cylinder walls and inward bent protrusions allow greater capacity and lower pressure drop than standard cylindrical rings. This open ring design also maintains an even distribution and resists wall-channeling tendencies. The interior and exterior contacting surfaces of the pall ring provide for an effective distribution of liquids and gasses and resist plugging, fouling and nesting.

For EPC project, we will issue our warranty booklet to our customer for each components. As for unmentioned, we will negotiated with our customer about warranty range and period

5:Return and Replacement
In the warranty period, we provide free replacement of the product in case of any queries. Of course, if customers does not agree, we will refund after reduce some fees related with this deal.
6:Outsourcing and guiding installation
For customer's different requirement, Under achieving related fees payed standard(such as worker daily install fees,board and lodging and so on),we can send our installation team to help customer to install product installation. Of course, if you do not need our installation, we also send our engineer to guide how to install. So you would pay for the guiding fees.
