Ultra-high efficiency Tri-Pack tower packing:

It is a state-of-the-art random packing, "quasi-spherical" geometry specially designed to maximize the specific interfacial area in tower packing and towers.

Its unique shape offers an excellent surface area and a constant renewal of the liquid film, maximizing the mass transfer coefficient, raising this coefficient of the order of 20 to 30% when compared to 1st and 2nd generation plastic rings (Raschig Rings and Pall Rings).

The loss of charge follows the mass transfer coefficient and is also in the range of 20 to 30% less than that provided by conventional fillings.

Because it has practically no straight corner or point where it can accumulate solids or precipitates, it has an excellent performance in systems with high solids presence, such as washing towers, gas scrubbers, effluent strippers.

Its packaged towers, when compared to other fillers, exhibit greater mass transfer efficiency for the same load loss, allowing towers designed to use it to have 20 to 30% smaller diameters and / or use smaller total fill volumes and / or consume less energy than towers designed with less current technologies.

Installation Instructions

1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat

For the first year, the customers are provided with free replacement or repairing of the device for any problem except for Abnormal use environment.
