Hiflow Ring is a 3rd generation high performance tower packing which provides an optimal design of high mechanical stability, void fraction and superior mass transfer performance.The grid structure guarantee its opening pore ratio exceeds 50% and Bed void fraction is higher than same size's pall ring..In addition, large fluid flux guarantee its pressure drop per square meter lower 45% than pall ring.Vertical bar staggered distribution and reinforced horizontal stripe largely improve its rigidity and strength.
Feature:
1. The hiflow packing provides the lowest pressure drop of all the random plastic tower packing types;
2. The low DP / unit height of packed beds allows hiflow packing:
- a high tower capacity, which in turn allows for smaller column diameters and fans in new bespoke designs;
- a significant reduction in the unit energy consumption;
3. The highly efficient 2-phase contact, even at low throughputs, yields a high separation performance and facilitates a reduced packed height in new bespoke designs;
4. The high liquid volumetric capacity allows for smaller column diameter in new bespoke designs.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
