Innovatively Geometric design , axisymmetric distribution, the horizontal stripes & vertical bar cross distribution is Lanpac's outstanding feature..Lanpac tower packing media is uniquely engineered to provide maximum surface contact between exhaust gases and scrubbing liquid by facilitating continuous formation of droplets throughout the packed media bed.

 Note: surface area alone does not guarantee performance. Excess surface area can impede gas/liquid contact and create higher pressure drops, thus increasing horsepower requirements and operating expense. Lan Pack tower packing media provides the optimum surface-to-open-area ratio for achieving best mass transfer efficiency and lowest operating costs. It is the industry standard for random dump tower packing media. Global Lan Pack tower packing is available in three sizes in a variety of injection-molded resins including polypropylene, PVC, KYNAR®, Halar®, Teflon® and glass-filled polypropylene.

Installation Instructions

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat

Of course, if you do not need our installation, we also send our engineer to guide how to install. So you would pay for the guiding fees.
