Plastic Cascade Mini Ring
It was developed by the British company MTL Ltd, also known as CMR. It not only changes the traditional equal length and diameter, but also has a tapered flanging on one edge. This special structure shortens the distance the gas passes through the wall, and at the same time reduces the resistance when the air passes through the bed, and increases the porosity.
Features: The step ring packing absorbs the advantages of the short Raschig ring and improves the Pall ring. The height-to-diameter ratio of the ring is 1:2, and a tapered flanging is added at one end.The resistance of the gas passing through the bed is reduced and the flux is increased. The packing strength is high. Due to its structural characteristics, the gas-liquid distribution is uniform, the gas-liquid contact area is increased, and the mass transfer efficiency is improved.
