Audited Supplier Flow Muliplier Distributor:
The Flow Muliplier Distributor is primarily used in very low liquid flow. Flow multipliers are used below each orifice to increase the drip point density.
Construction is similar to the Riser Deck Distributor/Trough type Distributor except that the orifices are located on the wall of the tubes instead of the deck. Tubes are welded to and extend below the deck. At the end of the tubes, liquid is divided into three or more streams by means of flow point multipliers. This distributor is clamped on a ledge/support ring.

• Maximum Turndown ratio 3:1
• Liquid rates < 30 m3/m2hr (12.25 GPM/ft2)

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
