Absorption tower media plastic teller rosette ring :
It was invented by American Teller A J in 1956,so called Teller Rosette Ring. This product's shape is like ellipse is consisted of many enlaced cirques. Due to the structure of polycyclic enabling, it will enlarge gas & liquid contacting area and prolong liquid retention time.Therefore, it was recognized a ideal packing in Gas washing,purification tower. Currently, Fxsino has developed three major series of Teller rosette ring. First series is ordinary product. Second Series is Nippon steel's rosette ring, Third series is Tooth Type.
According to the impact of structural differences on mass transfer and customer's feedback, Ordinary teller rosette ring price is cheapest. Nippon Steel Teller rosette's strength is best. Tooth type teller rosette ring's absorption performance is better than others.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
