It is a new type of Perforated Packing.Wavy gas-liquid interface enlarges liquid's contacting area and also improve gas-liquid flow efficiency. In addition, interlacing cone type vertical structure can largely reduce towers' packing nesting, wall flow and unevenly distribution.

Especially in Directioned guide bar setting on wavy surface,it will speed up the liquid polymerization and liquid film renewal.Therefore, Plasitc Heilex Ring's performance is very out-understanding in gas absorption, cooling and gas purification processes

Installation Instructions

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
