Audited Supplier Trays are used in mass transfer operations where pressure drop limitations are not critical. They are mainly used in high-pressure distillation operations. However few atmospheric, moderate pressure or even vacuum operations are also handled using tray towers. Trays are available in segmental or cartridge type construction to suit customer's requirement.
Tray tower systems are available in stainless steels, carbon steels, exotic material grades.
According to the different classified Criteria, We classify the trays as follows:
1:Based on tray struture, it will devide into blister sheets, sieve plates, floating valve plates, mesh plates, tongue plates and the like
2:Based on he flow mode of gas-liquid two-phase,it will devide into cross-flow trays and counter-flow trays, or there are downcomer trays and no downcomer trays.
3:Based on liquid flow type, it will devide into single manifold, double manifold, U-shaped manifold and other manifolds (such as quadruple, stepped, toroidal, etc.).

5:Return and Replacement

For customer's different requirement, Under achieving related fees payed standard(such as worker daily install fees,board and lodging and so on),we can send our installation team to help customer to install product installation. Of course, if you do not need our installation, we also send our engineer to guide how to install. So you would pay for the guiding fees.
