Desulfurizing Tower Mist Eliminator:
It is is a device often fitted to vapor liquid separator vessels to enhance the removal of liquid droplets entrained in a vapor stream.It is made out of aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel materials. 1:All support component must be rechecked and ensure all connecting position is comply with the drawing requirement before Mist Eliminator entering into tower.
All installation must be done by skilled & trained worker. All adjustment and welding must be done by worker with a welder's certificate of competence (in accordance with DVS regulations or equivalent).
2:After hanging all modules based on Figure 1, all parts must be tighten the bolted.
3:According to the number on the mist eliminator,the mist eliminator is pre-installed in the open space
4:Lifting of all modules in sequence and fixing of the modules to each other by means of six-tooth clamps.
