Tellerette Packings:
Tellerette packing materials are high efficiency plastic tower packing designed for use in wet scrubber. This has more interstitial hold up points than other packings and this has the effect of continuously generating fresh liquid surface area which is the key for high mass transfer between gas and liquid phase.

1:Greater gas flow capacity permits use of smaller diameter, lower cost columns.

In the scrubber column, the packing is filled and liquid is sprayed at the opposite direction. First, the liquid is collected by inertial impaction to form countless droplets. As each droplets falls on the next packing elements and burst, exposing fresh surfaces to gas. This dispersal cycle repeats continuously.
