Installation Instructions

1:All support component must be rechecked and ensure all connecting position is comply with the drawing requirement before Mist Eliminator entering into tower.
All installation must be done by skilled & trained worker. All adjustment and welding must be done by worker with a welder's certificate of competence (in accordance with DVS regulations or equivalent).
2:After hanging all modules based on Figure 1, all parts must be tighten the bolted.
3:According to the number on the mist eliminator,the mist eliminator is pre-installed in the open space

4:Lifting of all modules in sequence and fixing of the modules to each other by means of six-tooth clamps.

Application

Air Scrubbing
The process of removing unwanted pollutants from a gas stream. The scrubber uses liquid to wash unwanted pollutants from a gas stream.

Air Stripping
Air Stripping transfers volatile components of a liquid into an air stream. Air Strippers are usually packed towers operated with a countercurrent flow.

Distillation
Distillation separates a mixture into two or more products by boiling to remove the more volatile components out of the mixture.

Biofiltration
Biofiltration is a pollution control technique using living material to capture and biologically degrade process pollutants.

Degasification
Degasification is the removal of dissolved gases from liquids, especially water and aqueous solutions. A packed column may be utilized.

 

Working principle

It is a vane type separator for vertical flow. The gas flow charged with liquid droplets is directed through separator chambers which are designed for maximum effect on the gas flow. As a result of this configuration, inertial forces act on the droplets. The droplets impinge onto the profiles, where they form a liquid film which is subsequently drained off as a result of gravity.
