Chemical Resistant structured Packing:
Ceramic Corrugated Plate Packing is a kind of columniform packing which is made of many paralled, congruence packing unit. Due to the unique structure and good performance, ceramic surface can generate extremely thin film which liquid flow and tortuous vapor flow passage promote mixing of liquid and vapor, at the same time, general little pressure drop. Ceramic structured packing has the same transfer efficiency as metal packing and much more resistant to corrosion and high temperature than metal packing, the surface itself could promote wetting and keep liquid hold-up minimum.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
