Plastic Low Profile Ring:

Plastic Low Profile Ring added cone-shaped flanging at one edge. So it reduced the resistance when air pass through bed layer, and increased voidage. The height/diameter ratio of the plastic cascade ring packing is 0.5 which is only half that of the known plastic packing Pall Ring, Plastic Cascade Mini Ring can be installed in a tower that tends to orient in a more structured way such that its inner surface could be more efficient.

1. High Capacity and Low Pressure Drop
2. Low aspect ratio increases capacity and reduces pressure drop. The preferred vertical orientation of the packing axes allows free gas flow through the packed bed.
3. Low pressure drop and high capacity allows smaller column diameter and blower sizes in new installations.
