It is was invented by American Norton in 1978, which is a new type random packing.In Domestic market, it also called Intalox Metal saddle ring. It has not only ring packing large flux feature, but also has saddle packing excellent liquid&gas distribution. In the 70s ending, we also invented two similar products. One is Metal rectangular saddle ring. Other is Metal Double arc ring.
Two side's turnup increase packing's mechanical strength and stiffness. Meanwhile, the stamping annular ring also increase packing's comprehensive strength.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
