It is a new designed Structured packing for extraction tower,which is assemble of two or over two grid packing units. It is usually install Extraction section between the raw material inlet and the extraction solvent inlet.
It is arranged in parallel with the metal plate on the multi-layer plane inclined at a certain angle in the vertical direction, and insert some metal baffle vertically on the metal plate.Each metal plate has some pores ,which Significantly increase liquid flow disturbance so as promote surface renew in liquid-liquid extraction.
Feature:
1:The whole structure is honeycomb type that ensures two-phase flow is more reasonable.
2:Vertically 90° cross installation enhances two-phase disturbance, promote liquid-gas evenly mixture and increase mass transfer efficiency
3:Metal plate arranged to the horizontal surface at 45 or 135 degree decrease two phase Polymer retention time on the packing surface to prevent aggregation and coking,and increase liquid cleaning efficiency.

Installation:
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
