Metal Hump support for random packing:
Metal Hump support is used for random packing which helps to have an open area of 100% of the column surface area and are designed to withstand the total load of the packing bed The supports are designed to pass through the manhole to be assembled in column inside very easily.
Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
