Three-chamber RTO incinerator heat storage medium :
It is the most efficient heat-recovery media for regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs). Widely apply in various configurations allowing units to be designed specifically to maximize thermal efficiency or resistance to plugging,or minimize bed height or pressure drop.
Product advantage:
(1) Risk control: the layered structure minimizes the impact range of blockage, and the smaller the volume the stronger the resistance to thermal shock, which can greatly extend the service life of the product.
(2) Cost reduction: The optimized design scheme can select the most suitable thermal storage bed cross-sectional area, the filling height of the thermal storage material and the pressure drop of the whole thermal storage bed layer, which can minimize the purchasing cost and operating cost of a number of thermal storage ceramics and fans.
