The geometric design of FXSINO Ceramic Corrugated Plate Packing minimises channelling and radially distributes gas and liquid, thus providing uniform distribution over the entire column cross section. Combined with the much greater surface area than a random packing of equivalent capacity, ceramic structured packing allows considerable improvement in the performance of a column from all aspects - higher capacity, lower pressure drop, better heat transfer and greater separation efficiency.

Applications

2. Separation of aromatic chloride, lipoid, hydrocarbon and other highly thermosensitive systems and isomeric compound in vacuum under 1 mbar.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
