the Sheet Metal type packing is constructed of sheets of corrugated metal. The angle of inclination of the corrugations of adjacent sheets is reversed with respect to the vertical column axis, forming mixing cells at every point where the corrugations intersect. Perforations and surface texturing, including waffled, grooved and smooth, promote intimate mixing and radial distribution over the entire tower cross-section. Each subsequent element is rotated 90 degree about the column axis so that the sheets of one element are perpendicular to the sheets of the elements above and below. In passing through each element, gas and liquid are thoroughly mixed in the direction parallel to the plane of the sheets. By rotating subsequent elements, excellent mixing and spreading, both side-to-side and front-to-back are obtained over the entire cross-section of the tower. the Sheet Metal type packing was the economical extension of the gauze structured packing concept. Instead of using the expensive wire gauze materials, surface textured sheet metal was used to create a whole family of corrugated packing with a wide range of corrugation sizes and angles The FXSINO family of sheet metal packing can handle a much wider range of vapor and liqui d rates and process services. These process applications ranges from low pressure drop vacuum (and atmospheric) distillation services to medium high-pressure absorbers by removing the surface finish texturing from the sheet metal packing, it can handle a moderate amount of fouling provided there is adequate liquid loading to keep the packing wetted.

Owing to our product has many different type, so it has many different installation way. For each type product, we must let you know its basically installation way. If necessary, issue one installation manual to them.
3:Warranty services
So called"Warranty services" is repairing replacement of selected parts for a selected period of time. For the first year, the customers are provided with free replacement or repairing of the device for any problem except for Abnormal use environment. For EPC project, we will issue our warranty booklet to our customer for each components. As for unmentioned, we will negotiated with our customer about warranty range and period

5:Return and Replacement

For customer's different requirement, Under achieving related fees payed standard(such as worker daily install fees,board and lodging and so on),we can send our installation team to help customer to install product installation.
