It was designed by China Institue of Water Resource and Hydropower Research.S wave cooling tower fills has trapezoidal "s" wave design, which increases the closure number of water film, and makes the water film redistribute repeatedly as well as tending to be more uniform.increase the vertical convex retention corrugations, and promote the horizontal diffusivity of water film. It extends the time for heat and mass transfer and improves the cooling effect. Several pieces of fills are connected with each other, forming honeycomb passages, which prevents contaminants from blocking. It is widely used for counter-flow cooling tower in industrial area and cement cooling tower with hyperbolic curve in power plant.The adaptive temperature is 68ºC - minus 35ºC, the flame retardation performance is good, and the oxygen index is higher than or equal to 40ºC.

Installation Instructions

1.Complete the installation of the support frame---2.tube settler ironing---3.Packing pool assembly---4.--- Tube settler fixed---5.Run debugging

Tube settler Installation, transportation,storage requirement:

  1. According to customer drawing, first install tube settler support frame and check all welding points. Meanwhile,and do antiseptic treatment on the surface of the stent.
  2. In-situ ironing sheets, one module is a square, neatly stacked.
  3. All modules will be assembled from left to right under keeping tilt angle unchanged, when all modules will be finished, if there is some place to filled, please ironing some sheets to fill in this space.
  4. In order to avoid product Deformation, do not be squeezed and placed in a high temperature environment for a long time.

It is"evaporative cooling". Evaporative cooling is the process where warm water from an industrial process is pumped up to the top of the cooling tower where the water distribution system is. The water then gets distributed by cooling tower nozzles to the wet deck. At the same time, air is being drawn through the air-inlet louvers forcing water to evaporate.
