High temperature and aging resistance PTFE structured packing 
Since Metal structured packing  was be developed & accepted by market, Scientists find Metal Corrugated plate packing was not suitable in any medium's requirement. Furthermore, it is very hard to widely used in industry field. After that, Plastic Corrugated plate packing was born. Compared with Metal Corrugated plate packing, it has large flux, low pressure drop,high surface area and so on. In addition, owing to this packing is placed side by side inside the column with subsequent layers rotated at 90ºC, the solid will be discharged from the packing's bottom & opening.so its Anti-clogging ability greatly enhanced.

The earliest material of Plastic Corrugated Plate packing is polypropylene. With the continuous development of Modern Industry, PVDF,PFA material also introduced in market. This product is mainly apply in absorption and desorption operation, such as Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid industry, gas industry, exhaust gas purification and desorption degasser

Feature:
1:High efficiency, high capacity and low pressure drop as metal structured packing.
2:Excellent corrosion resistance performance to be used in high corrosive applications.
3:Better high temperature resistance than metal structured packing and ceramic structured packing. Working temperature of PP packings can reach 100 °C and PVDF packings can reach 150 °C.
4:Perforated plates packings with small holes on surface increase mass transfer efficiency.
5:High sheet stiffness of no perforation packings in less separation requirements applications.

Installation Instructions

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
