Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat

The gas passes through the tower from bottom to top, while the washing liquid containing caustic soda (NaOH) and oxidant (bleach or sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl)) flows through the tower from top to bottom, and the gas and liquid meet to form a cross flow. The strong alkalinity of caustic soda induces mass transfer from the gas to the liquid, causing H2S to decompose into HS- and S2-. Once dissociated, hydrogen sulfide reacts instantly with the oxidizer (assuming sufficient oxidizer is put in)
