It is made of synthetic plastic injection molding. The formula can be adjusted according to different working conditions to achieve the best effect. It completely replaces the light porcelain fillers commonly used before. The light porcelain has high water absorption, fragile, high resistance and small specific surface area. The Lianzhong ring developed by us can be used repeatedly, with large specific surface area and large ventilation capacity, and its effectiveness is twice that of light porcelain. Especially in the process of maintenance, the light porcelain filler becomes solid waste, which is difficult to deal with, and lianzhonghuan can be reused as renewable resources, which is environmental protection and energy saving.
The mass transfer coefficient of the honeycomb shape plastic support block is large, the effective area is large, and the effect is good. The mass transfer coefficient of the product is large, which is twice that of the ordinary packing. The long-term test of the Coking Desulfurization Tower shows that honeycomb shape plastic support block has strong anti blocking ability. After filling, there are only 6 support legs overlapped as invalid area, and the form of gas-liquid transmission is surface contact. In addition, the packing is honeycomb structure, which has high space circulation area, so the effective area of filler is more than 98.5%, and the separation and purification effect is excellent.
