Carbon dichloride degassing tower medium:
This medium is composed of two hemispheres which will form into a ball,and each hemisphere consists of a number of half fan-shaped leaves, the upper and lower leaves in a staggered arrangement.
This Ball's advantage is very easy to stack fully in packing layer, but never cause bridging & hole effect phenomenon. Therefore, it is promote gas & liquid evenly distribution. However, owing to Plastic operation temperature's limit, it can be used in sewage treatment, desulfurization of CO2 in power plant, desulfuration and purified water tower packing

Installation Instructions

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat

For EPC project, we will issue our warranty booklet to our customer for each components. As for unmentioned, we will negotiated with our customer about warranty range and period
