Carbon fiber modification PTFE pall ring:
1;The increase of carbon fiber promotes the formation of a liquid film of several micrometers on the surface of the PTFE Pall ring. Under working conditions with a fluid medium, a good friction state of two objects can be ensured, and the contact surface between the fillers will not be blocked, thereby causing a large area of the filler layer to be blocked.
2: Due to the increase of carbon element, the Pall ring has excellent characteristics such as high acid resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance.

Installation Instructions

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat

For the first year, the customers are provided with free replacement or repairing of the device for any problem except for Abnormal use environment. For EPC project, we will issue our warranty booklet to our customer for each components. As for unmentioned, we will negotiated with our customer about warranty range and period

5:Return and Replacement
