The Super Raschig ring, also known as the double-layer conjugate ring, is an upgraded version of the Raschig ring. It's made from materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy steel. Compared to traditional random packing, it can hold 33% more material, has 67% less pressure drop, and is 12% more efficient in separating substances. It has a thinner wall, can handle high temperatures, allows for a high flow rate, and has low pressure drop with excellent filtering efficiency. It's particularly useful in processes like vacuum distillation and for handling materials that easily carbonize, polymerize, or decompose. This type of ring finds applications in industries like petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, and environmental protection.

Owing to our product has many different type, so it has many different installation way. For each type product, we must let you know its basically installation way. If necessary, issue one installation manual to them.
3:Warranty services
So called"Warranty services" is repairing replacement of selected parts for a selected period of time. For the first year, the customers are provided with free replacement or repairing of the device for any problem except for Abnormal use environment. For EPC project, we will issue our warranty booklet to our customer for each components. As for unmentioned, we will negotiated with our customer about warranty range and period

5:Return and Replacement
In the warranty period, we provide free replacement of the product in case of any queries. Of course, if customers does not agree, we will refund after reduce some fees related with this deal.
6:Outsourcing and guiding installation
For customer's different requirement, Under achieving related fees payed standard(such as worker daily install fees,board and lodging and so on),we can send our installation team to help customer to install product installation. Of course, if you do not need our installation, we also send our engineer to guide how to install. So you would pay for the guiding fees.
