Tube Bundle Demister:
It is mainly used in flue gas purification equipment. Its characteristics is large amount of droplet, large droplet distribution area and so on. The droplet is constitute of slurry,condensate particle and Dust.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat

1. Droplet loss under the centrifugal separation
When speeder drives airflow high-speed upward rotating, small droplet,tiny particle and other in airflow will be separated and slowly fall off along with barrel inner surface. Meanwhile, high-speed rotating airflow will promote droplet form a liquid-film layer on the barrel inner surface. All small droplet and particle from air will be attached by this liquid-film layer.
2. Multistage separator design meet different size particle catching requirement
In order to avoid of " second droplets happening", we will adopt Multistage separator to remove all different flow rate droplets and ensure high efficiency removal under low running resistance.
