Intalox Metal Tower Packing Arch Saddles Ring:
IMTP RING (INTALOX METAL TOWER PACKING) is frequently used in deepvacuum towers where low pressure drop is crucial and also high pressuretowers where capacity significantly exceeds conventional trays. MetalIntalox Saddle Ring or metal saddle is available in various sizes, which givedifferent combinations of efficiency and pressure drop.
Metal Intalox Saddle ring is not only has ring packing's circle, opening hole and inward tongue,but also has Rectangular saddle ring's Arc channel. In addition, its two side's turnup and two ends bottom's tooth structure will increase gas & liquid contacting frequency. Finally, Metal Intalox Saddle ring will promote liquid's surface distribution and update.
