Plum Round Six Lozenge Ring:
Six-Lozenge Ring is a Plum Round Ring made of six identical Lozenges. Each Lozenge Ring regards as a small structured packing. It has high transfer efficient, low pressure drop, large flux.
Unique Feature:
1. High compressive strength, good Dedust effect, long usage time.
2. Compared with other packing, mass transfer efficiency increased by 30-45%, pressure drop reduced by 30%, gas flux increased by 30-35%.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
