Equilateral octagonalshape design is the most distinguishing feature. This design enables an extraordinarily high scrubbing efficiency while minimizing the amount of media and packing depth required.Meanwhile, Evenly spaced rod design can largely eliminate clogging. Each layer's vertical downward rod's distribution is not only break large droplet, but also form many gas-liquid contacting areas. It will improve separation efficiency. Therefore, it is used in wet scrubber & gas stripping 

The use of two stage scrubbing is often employed both to minimize chemical consumption as well as to control sulfur deposits when scrubbing H2S. The first stage operates at ± 80% efficiency and uses a caustic-only scrub at high pH (± 12.5). The air then passes to the second stage, where the remaining H2S is scrubbed with caustic / bleach solution at pH ± 9.5. The H2S present is destroyed at 99%+ efficiency. The blow-down from the 2nd stage, which will contain some amount of unused NaOCl, is sent to the sump of the 1st stage. In this way, additional H2S is destroyed and maximum consumption of expensive oxidising agent is assured.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
